Portrait of Marianne Helgstrand

For more than twenty years, Marianne Helgstrand has followed her husband Andreas Helgstrand, who now runs one of the most successful dressage stables in the World.


Together they’ve celebrated his greatest triumphs, e.g. when he won medals at the World Championships and the Olympic Games.


But there have also been comedowns in their success, such as online smear campaigns against Andreas’ riding.


In this portrait series, we’ll hear Marianne’s version of their life together, including how they fought their way up from being common riders to being some of the biggest players in the international equestrian industry. She herself also owns the business Helgstrand Denmark that sells exclusive jewelry for riders.
