It’s easy to give your horse the best conditions if you have lots of money and help to care for it. But most riders have their horses at a stable and have to adapt to the conditions that the stable in question can offer. This also applies to Mai Tofte Olesen, whose top horse Rustique is in a stable at an ordinary farm, where everything works despite not being the newest and most modern. In this series, Mai shows us how she cares for and trains her horse that she herself trained for international Grand Prix, and in 2017, she and 15-year-old Rustique by Heslegaard’s Rubin placed 11th in the World Cup finale.
