Dressage with Mikala Münter in Florida
In the series we visit the beautiful horse estate Bell Tower Farm and at the same time get the best training tips from the international Grand Prix rider Mikala Münter.
Wellington in Florida is not called the world's equestrian capital for nothing. The whole city is filled with a network of riding trails that wrap between the beautiful horse estates that adorn the whole city. The city is also famous for its competitions all year round and especially the three-month show that runs from January to March, where over 6,000 horses attend with riders from 42 countries.
Danish Mikala Münter, who for many years was part of the Danish national team and among other things helped secure the Olympic qualification for Rio is the owner and lives on beautiful Bell Tower Farm. Here she trains other riders, just as she herself is aiming to get back to the top with her new horse Farbentanz. This time under the American flag.
In the first four episodes, we visit Bell Tower Farm, and we get a unique insight into how to keep horses under the hot Florida skies.
Subsequently, Mikala Münter shows us how to train her horses, including why the shoulder-in is her absolute mantra.
