Starting the young horses at Helgstrand Dressage

Christian Springborg is in charge of all the preparation of stallions and mares at Helgstrand Dressage. Through many years of experience he has built up a system for training the young horses so they have the the best conditions for coping with the many licensings and shows for which Helgstrand Dressage presents a great number of horses every year.

In this series we'll follow how their experienced team handle the young horses and get them accustomed to the bridle, the girth, longing and eventually to get a rider on - and not least what to do when challenges arise along the way.
