Flexibility exercises for your horse
In this series, Charlotte Beck will show stretching exercises from the ground that can, among other things, relieve stiffness in the neck, relieve the forehand, help for girthy horses and also exercises for horses, who are strong on the bridle. Finally also excersises to help the horse collect better.
Doing the exercises from the ground gives us an insight into the physical well-being of the horse that we cannot get from riding.
Charlotte Beck is a veterinarian, horse chiropractor and body SDS therapist and has many years of experience in treating both horses and riders.
